Challenge
A globally operating organization wanted to create a more transparent and accessible dialogue between leadership and employees. Questions and concerns from employees were collected through various channels, often resulting in limited visibility and participation.
Approach
The Ideation Plugin was introduced as the foundation for an “Ask the Leadership Team” initiative.
Employees can submit questions, comment on existing topics, and help prioritize relevant subjects through likes and voting. Each month, the most supported questions are selected and addressed by the leadership team through company-wide news updates or video messages.
