Additional read only field for sequential idea number
This feature introduces a dedicated, read-only sequential idea number for every idea in the Ideation plugin. The number is generated automatically based on a configurable numbering scheme (for example, `2023-0001`, `2023-0002`, `2023-0003`) and serves as a human-readable identifier for referencing ideas across communication, support, and reporting.
The sequential idea number is displayed within the idea details, included in the ideas export, and indexed by the search functionality so that editors and users can quickly locate an idea by entering its number. The identifier complements the existing technical ID without replacing it.
