Quiz Plugin 3.5 – Greater transparency, better analytics, deeper insights

Version 3.5 significantly expands the export of quiz results. Editors can now include selected profile information, such as location, department or role, in the export to analyse results in a more targeted manner. Even in the case of anonymous participation, defined profile fields can be included in a manner that complies with data protection regulations, provided that participants have given their prior consent. This opens up new possibilities for segmented analyses and target-group-specific evaluations.

The export function for anonymous mode has been completely overhauled. Instead of an aggregated view per question, each quiz attempt is now exported as a separate row. This provides structured information such as the score and completion time for each attempt. The new export structure makes it easier to process the data in Excel, BI tools and reporting systems, and enables significantly more meaningful analyses.

The export logic in anonymous mode has been optimised to improve the previously limited ability to analyse the data. The new data structure allows results to be processed and analysed more consistently. In addition, internal optimisations have been carried out to further enhance the stability and data quality of the export functions.
