Ideation Plugin 4.4 – More Flexibility for Task Management and Collaboration

Version 4.4 expands the Ideation Plugin beyond traditional idea collection use cases. A new date field can now be added to idea forms, allowing users to define target dates or deadlines for ideas and tasks. This improves planning, prioritization, and tracking. In addition, ideas can now be configured to be editable by all authorized users. This new option enables collaborative maintenance of ideas, tasks, and projects, making teamwork more efficient and transparent.

The new date field improves the organization and management of ideas by introducing time-based planning capabilities. Ideas and tasks can now be prioritized and tracked more effectively. The new collaborative editing option further increases the flexibility of the plugin by allowing multiple users to contribute to and maintain the same idea.
